The vinification represents the final part of the wine process, which starts in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar: this is an important and crucial step for us.
We carry out a careful and conservative vinification in stainless steel tanks, paying great attention to the control of low temperatures and oxygen, which allows to prevent oxidation and aromatic flattening.
Our goal is to obtain fresh, clean wines with a low alcohol content, combining all this with the unique imprint of the Friulian Terroir.
