Starting from some hectares of hillside vineyards in the area of Capriva del Friuli and Cormons, Francesco Rotolo applies the experience gained in the field over the years by implementing an agronomic model typical of the French school. His purpose is to obtain grapes full of character in order to give life to wines in which freshness and pleasantness are the main features, thanks to the low alcohol content.
